Rather than a single experience, this is a supportive journey — allowing your system to gradually open, release, and integrate on a deeper level. Working in a sequence of sessions creates space for unfolding, clarity, and deeper energetic shifts without pressure.
You may bring one core topic you would like to focus on — whether it is emotional, physical, relational, or simply something you are moving through in life. Each session meets you exactly where you are in that moment, so the process remains intuitive and fluid rather than fixed or forced.
I work with Reiki and intuitive guidance, always in deep respect of your sovereignty and inner wisdom. The intention is always that only what is ready and aligned for your highest good will be received.
This 3-session space is especially supportive if you feel you need ongoing holding, grounding, and integration over time.

Before the Session
You’re always warmly invited to reach out to me before or after booking your session. If you have any questions, wishes, or simply feel like connecting or sharing, I’m here for you.
Your session will begin automatically at the time of your booking — there’s nothing you need to prepare or take care of in that moment.
Shortly before each session begins, I recommend taking a few quiet minutes for yourself. You might want to sit or lie down, breathe, meditate, or simply arrive in a calm and safe space where you won’t be disturbed.
The more relaxed and supported you feel, the more easily you can let go and receive.
Reiki works strongly with intention.
On my side, I open the session by setting a clear, grounded, and protected energetic space, inviting your higher self and guidance to co-create the session.
You, as the receiver, are also welcome to set your own intention — whether it’s for a specific issue, emotional support, clarity, or simply openness to receive whatever is needed.

During the Session
During the session, you may feel different sensations — warmth, tingling, subtle movements in the body, or a deep sense of calm. Emotions may arise, or you may simply drift into a very quiet, restful state.
Whatever you experience is completely okay.
If something comes up, gently breathe through it. There is no need to analyse or control anything.
The invitation is to stay open, relaxed, and allow yourself to be guided through the experience in your own way.

After the Session
After each session, feel free to reach out and share your experience if you like. You’re also very welcome to simply keep the experience to yourself.
If you wish, I can share what I perceived during the session and what felt important or present from my side.
When working with a specific topic over time, it is often supportive to space the sessions out and allow integration between them. This helps your system to fully absorb and embody the shifts.
I always encourage you to follow your own feeling and inner timing.
Many people naturally feel when the session starts and comes to an end through subtle energetic sensations, but you will also receive a message from me once the session is complete but I invite you to stay in your own space as long as you like after the session has endet.

Important Notes
In some cases, a so-called healing response may occur after a session. This doesn’t happen for everyone, but it can show up as temporary emotional or physical shifts — for example tiredness, increased sensitivity, or old feelings coming to the surface. This is often a natural way for the system to process and integrate what has been moved. If it happens, it usually passes gently with time and rest.
Please note that I do not make any healing promises. This work is intended as a supportive, complementary practice and does not replace medical or psychological treatment.
Out of care and responsibility, I do not offer sessions for people who are pregnant or who have a pacemaker.
