Intuitive Healing Session

This session is a gentle space for you to soften, to feel, to receive guidance and energetical support and healing.

Each session lasts around 30 minutes, though I allow the timing to flow naturally depending on you and what is present in the moment. There is nothing you need to do or achieve — this is a space where energy can move freely, where your system can unwind, and where you are invited to rest deeply.

You are welcome to come with something specific — a physical discomfort, an emotional theme, or something in your life where you would like support and healing. You can also arrive without any agenda at all, simply allowing whatever wants to unfold to come through.

I work intuitively and with Reiki, always in deep respect of your sovereignty — your body, your system, your soul. Nothing is ever forced. I set a clear intention that only what is truly ready and wanted by you will be received, always for your highest good. Everything else simply remains outside of your field.

Before the Session

You’re warmly invited to reach out to me before or after booking your session. If you have any questions, wishes, or simply feel like connecting or sharing, I’m here for you.

If you feel called, you’re welcome to share a specific topic or intention that you’d like to address with me beforehand — but this is completely optional.

Shortly before the session begins, I recommend taking a few quiet minutes for yourself. You might want to sit or lie down, breathe, meditate, or simply arrive in a calm and safe space where you won’t be disturbed.

The more relaxed and supported you feel, the more easily you can let go and receive.

Reiki works strongly with intention.
On my side, I open the session by setting the intention to hold a clear, safe, and supportive space, inviting your higher self and guidance to co-create the session.

You, as the receiver, are also welcome to set your own intention — whether it’s for a specific issue, emotional support, clarity, or simply openness to receive whatever is needed.

During the Session

Your session will begin automatically at the time of your booking — there’s nothing you need to prepare or take care of in that moment.

During the session, you may feel different sensations — warmth, tingling, subtle movements in the body, or a deep sense of calm. Emotions may arise, or you may simply drift into a very quiet, restful state.

Whatever you experience is completely okay.

If something comes up, gently breathe through it. There is no need to analyse or control anything.
The invitation is to stay open, relaxed, and allow yourself to be guided through the experience in your own way.

Many people naturally feel when the session starts and comes to an end through subtle energetic sensations, but you will also receive a message from me once the session is complete.

After the Session

After the session, it is advisable to drink a lot of water or tea to help the integration and grounding process. Feel free to reach out and share your experience if you like. You’re also very welcome to simply keep the experience to yourself.

If you wish, I can share what I perceived during the session and what felt important or present from my side.

If you are working with a specific topic or issue, it can be supportive to receive around three sessions, with some time in between (about two weeks) to allow for integration.
At the same time, I always encourage you to follow your own feeling and rhythm.

Important Notes

In some cases, a so-called healing response may occur after a session. This doesn’t happen for everyone, but it can show up as temporary emotional or physical shifts — for example tiredness, increased sensitivity, or old feelings coming to the surface. This is often a natural way for the system to process and integrate what has been moved. If it happens, it usually passes gently with time and rest.

Please note that I do not make any healing promises. This work is intended as a supportive, complementary practice and does not replace medical or psychological treatment.

Out of care and responsibility, I do not offer sessions for people who are pregnant or who have a pacemaker.

This work is an invitation — to slow down, to reconnect, and to meet yourself in a softer, more present way.
